If you have Medicare/Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or another government insurance plan, Pfizer Oncology Together can help identify financial support resources.
Support from independent charitable foundations
We’ll assist you with searching for financial support that may be available from independent charitable foundations. These foundations exist independently of Pfizer and have their own eligibility criteria and application processes. Availability of support from the foundations is determined solely by the foundations.
MEDICARE EXTRA HELP
We'll check to see if you're eligible for Extra Help through Medicare Part D. If you appear to be eligible, we'll guide you on how to apply.
Free medicine
If support from independent charitable foundations or Medicare Extra Help is not available, we’ll see if you’re eligible for the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program, which can provide your prescribed Pfizer Oncology medicine for free.‡

If you don’t have health insurance, we may be able to help you find programs that provide assistance.
Help finding coverage
We’ll check to see if you’re eligible for a government program that helps pay for prescription medicines through Medicaid. If you appear to be eligible, we’ll guide you on how to apply.
