The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
The Medicare Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022 included several provisions to reduce out-of-pocket costs for Medicare Part D medicines.
In 2025, $2,000 is the total maximum out-of-pocket cost many patients will pay for their covered Medicare Part D medicines. This includes their annual deductible.
For more information on what this means and how to navigate these changes, visit
Medicare.gov or contact Pfizer Oncology Together.
