Clarifying coverage options, reimbursement, and relevant medical policies
Educating about financial assistance options and access and reimbursement resources
Providing education and support related to the enrollment process with Pfizer Oncology Together
Providing information regarding forms and template letters, as well as patient financial literacy resources
Providing assistance to help resolve processing issues for co-pay cards and co-pay claims

National advocacy organizations that may provide emotional support and education about their condition
Depending on their location, connections to local organizations that may provide logistical and practical assistance, such as transportation or lodging for treatment-related appointments

Patient Access Navigators can help patients by*:

Communicating insurance information to patients who have opted in after Pfizer Oncology Together has conducted a benefits investigation
Identifying financial assistance resources for eligible patients, regardless of their insurance coverage
Providing support for transition of care to outpatient sites
Providing appointment reminders, including the date, time, and location of the patient’s next appointment
Connecting patients and caregivers to a range of resources and advocacy groups that may help with practical and logistical support ^†
